Patient information:

History of current illness: The patient's lower left first molar suffered pain due to deep caries many years ago, and was subsequently extracted without repair. She found it inconvenient to chew food, so she came to our hospital for repair. After consideration by the patient, the implant restoration plan was finally chosen.

Past history: The patient reported previous physical examinations and found no history of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, or infectious diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis or close contact history.

History of current illness: The patient suffered a fracture of the lower right posterior tooth 3 months ago. It is found that it affects eating and requires restorative treatment.

Intraoral examination: 46 residual crowns, extensive carious lesions, 1 degree loose teeth, slightly swollen and dark red buccal and lingual gums, root bifurcation lesions, and no influence on the frenulum.

Intraoral examination: 36 residual crowns, soft tissue hyperplasia covers the residual crown, and the mesial and distal width of the missing tooth is approximately 7mm.
