Digital Surgical Guide-Assisted Implant Placement
Preoperative virtual planning, intraoperative precise navigation.
Indications: Complex anatomies near nerves or the maxillary sinus, limited bone volume requiring precise utilization, immediate implantation and All-on-4/6 angled placement, as well as cases requiring high precision such as minimally invasive or flapless surgeries.
Solution: By fusing CBCT imaging and intraoral scanning data, a restoration-driven virtual design is completed in the software to determine the 3D position, angle, and depth of the implants, followed by the fabrication of a personalized 3D-printed surgical guide. Intraoperatively, the guide directs the drills and implants to accurately seat along the planned path, achieving a “what you see is what you get” outcome. This reduces risks and deviations, minimizes trauma, and shortens surgical time.
Advantages: Precise control over position, angle, and depth; avoidance of vital anatomical structures; supports minimally invasive procedures with mild postoperative reactions; predictable and reproducible results, especially suitable for complex implant planning.
