In a 1000-level vacuum environment, xenon gas is put into the reactor and converted into argon ions in the form of plasma. Bombardment of the implant surface completely removes organic matter from the implant surface. While the chemical bonds of the implant are tightly combined, the hydrophilicity of the implant is improved.
Increased bone interface contact area
Compared with the RBM surface treatment of ordinary implants, the bone interface contact area (BIC) of the S.LA Pro implant surface treatment is increased by about 45%, which significantly enhances the torque resistance of the implant and enables it to quickly form a tight contact with the surrounding tissue. Trusyou Select series implants are suitable for all bone conditions, and their performance is particularly effective and obvious in D4 bone type (soft). The main body adopts a tapered thread design, which can form the most suitable bone compression for alveolar bones that have not been accurately prepared. The self-tapping progressive thread design at the bottom makes implantation smoother and easier, reduces trauma, and avoids osteonecrosis. The thread design leaves space for blood circulation and provides a larger surface area for faster osseointegration. The shallow thread design on the upper end can ensure tight integration with the alveolar bone to form a stable foundation. This stability not only ensures the long-term use of dental implants, but also effectively reduces the occurrence of problems such as loosening and falling off, providing patients with a long-lasting and reliable dental restoration solution.
Visible predictability and treatment success
This prospective clinical study conducted in 2017 showed the results of ISQ (Implant Stability Index) measurements at 10 weeks after using the same type of implants as those of Truysou. The table below shows the average ISO values for RBM absorbable calcium phosphate bioactive coatings and SLA surface treatments without implant failure or complications. The ISQ value after implant placement exceeds 80, indicating that the implant has strong initial stability after implantation. During the second week of osseointegration, the SLA average ISO value surpassed that of the bioabsorbable coating and remains at the leading level. Our SLA hydrophilic surface improved wettability and significantly increased blood adhesion. The results of this study show that the performance of Truysou's premium implants exceeds clinical standards and has world-class implant design and surface treatment technology.
