Manufacturing

Our production team is composed of highly qualified engineers who graduated from mechanical majors.

We produce our components using the latest generation Japanese Citizen and Swiss CNC lathes. These high-precision lathes are equipped with dynamic tool correction, guaranteeing a tolerance of ±0.001mm (1 micron).

We focus on all stages of implant production and carry out lean and digital management to ensure that the products are of the highest quality and achieve the best clinical, aesthetic and long-term stability goals.

We have built a 100,000-level GMP clean workshop and a 10,000-level sterile inspection room, introduced the most advanced surface treatment technology and product processing technology from Switzerland, and established a production line with an annual production capacity of 500,000 sets of dental implants.

Our raw materials are imported from Germany to achieve better mechanics and long-term stability.
