Half-Arch / Full-Arch Implant Fixed Restoration
Rebuilding a full dental arch with a few implants for immediate restoration, rapidly recovering mastication and smiles.
Indications: Half-arch or full-arch edentulism, severely loose remaining teeth that cannot be retained, or patients experiencing poor retention and weak mastication with removable dentures; often accompanied by alveolar bone resorption, and desiring a shorter treatment cycle and reduced bone grafting.
Solution: Through CBCT digital planning and utilizing the TRUSYOU Select implant system, an optimal number of implants are precisely placed in the jawbone and connected to a full-arch fixed bridge to achieve an immediate provisional restoration. In a real clinical case, a half-arch patient received 6 implants and was fitted with permanent crowns 2 months post-operation; a full-arch patient underwent immediate implant placement post-extraction, combined with PRF, and completed permanent restoration 90 days post-operation, being highly satisfied with both aesthetics and function.
Advantages: Rebuilding half/full arch with minimal implants; immediate restoration shortens the edentulous period; firm fixation with strong masticatory force; precise digital placement; rapid recovery of facial profile and confidence.
