Patient information:

History of current illness: The patient came to our hospital with the main complaint of "the lower right back tooth has been missing for more than 4 months" and requested repair.

Past history: The patient was in good health and had no history of genetic disease, hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes. There are no infectious diseases, endemic diseases or other diseases, and there is no history of hospitalization for serious illness. Vaccinations are carried out locally, and there is no history of drug allergies. No abnormalities were found in the remaining systems.

Intraoral examination: 46 teeth are missing, 47 teeth are tilted and carious, the soft tissue is in good condition and no abnormality is found, the mesial and distal distance of the missing teeth is about 14mm, and the opposing maxillary teeth 15 are elongated, resulting in low bite. 25 26 missing.

Imaging examination: 46 is missing and the bone tissue morphology is acceptable.

Treatment plan: 46 lines of implants.

It can be seen that patient 46 has a large gap at the missing site and 15 is excessively elongated. After discussion with the patient, it was decided to focus on restoring the occlusal function.

The bone height of the planned implantation site is 12.5mm, the bone width is 7.5mm, and the bone tissue shape is plump.

Operation situation：

The ball drill fixes the point, prepares the holes step by step, and implants the implant.

With good stability, the healing cap is screwed in and then sutured

The follow-up examination 4 months after the operation showed that there were no abnormalities around the implant and the soft tissue was healing well. It is planned to use BL.MA.RC4625 straight abutment + zirconia all-ceramic bonding for repair.

The occlusion was adjusted and single-tooth radiographs were taken. The patient was highly satisfied with the implant restoration and requested to restore 25 and 26 missing teeth.
