Patient information:

Preoperative imaging:

After comprehensive consideration, it was decided to use the transalveolar ridge sinus lifting method and implants were implanted at the same time.

Operation situation：

During the operation, the low-speed mode of the implant machine is used to extract autologous bone, percussion to lift the maxillary sinus floor, and squeeze the alveolar bone.

The sinus floor was filled with PRF and autogenous bone powder, and the maxillary sinus floor was moderately lifted again and the Excellence Series BL.RC4110 Ф4.1L=10mm was implanted as planned. The initial stability was acceptable. The implant healing cap was placed and then sutured.

A review of the occlusal photo taken 5 months after the implant surgery showed that the condition around the implant was in good condition, and the impressions and repairs were carried out as planned.

Adopt BL.MA.RC4625 straight abutment + zirconia all-ceramic crown for bonding and repair, fully remove the adhesive residue, adjust the occlusion, and complete the repair.
