Patient information:

Operation situation：

Immediately after the operation, the three-dimensional position of the implant was in good condition and the patient was scheduled for elective repair.

2018-01-29
The patient's follow-up visit showed that the condition around the patient's implant site was good and the gingival keratinization was normal.

The healing cap was removed, the area around the cuff was cleaned, and the ISQ mobility meter was used for inspection. The comprehensive measurement results showed that the mesio-distal and buccal-lingual readings were all greater than 70, indicating that the osseointegration was good and the repair requirements were met.

Check the occlusion, insert the Excellence Series BL.CIP.RC4201 closed impression transfer rod, and complete the implant impression related operations.

2018-02-05 The final restoration was put in and the occlusion was adjusted.

The patient was reviewed 9 months after the repair. The soft scale around the restoration was cleaned, and no abnormalities in the gingival mucosa were found. A periapical radiograph of a single tooth showed that the bone tissue around the implant was in good condition. The patient was satisfied with the repair results.
