Patient information:

History of current illness: The patient has been missing his right lower teeth for several years, and now 5 and 6 of the upper left teeth have fallen off, which affects eating, so he came to our hospital for repair.

Past history: The patient reported previous physical examinations and found no history of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, or infectious diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis or close contact history. There was no history of major trauma or surgery, and no history of blood transfusion. There was no history of drug or food allergies, vaccinations were carried out locally, and no obvious abnormalities were found in the rest of the system review. Smoking history: 10-15 cigarettes/day, a small amount of drinking.

Imaging examination: mandibular central incisors were congenitally missing, 46 to 47 were slightly vertically resorbed, and 37 were moderately resorbed.
