Patient information:

History of current illness: The patient suffered a fracture of the lower right posterior tooth 3 months ago. It is found that it affects eating and requires restorative treatment.

Intraoral examination: 46 residual crowns, extensive carious lesions, 1 degree loose teeth, slightly swollen and dark red buccal and lingual gums, root bifurcation lesions, and no influence on the frenulum. The mesial and distal distance of the edentulous area is about 14.5mm.

Imaging examination: 46 residual crowns, obvious periapical shadow, and obvious bone absorption around the distal tongue.

Treatment plan: 46 teeth will be extracted, and the extraction sites will be preserved at the same time. Later, selective transplantation and restoration were performed.

Tooth Extraction Site Preservation：

A-PRF block + A-PRF membrane were placed during the operation.
