Multiple Teeth Implant Restoration
Multiple implants optimally share occlusal forces to rebuild stable mastication.
Indications: Continuous or intermittent multiple missing teeth, posterior free-end edentulism, and varying conditions of remaining teeth. Traditional removable dentures are prone to loosening and have low masticatory efficiency, while long-span bridges require extensive grinding of abutment teeth.
Solution: Depending on the edentulous sites, multiple TRUSYOU implants are placed and restored with connected bridges or independent crowns. The implants serve as stable fulcrums to distribute occlusal forces, reducing wear on natural teeth and solving the challenge of free-end edentulism restoration. In a real clinical case, implants were placed at positions 37, 46, and 47 with excellent primary stability; one-year and five-year follow-ups showed stable implant positioning, marginal adaptation, good osseointegration, and continuous normal use of the restorations.
Advantages: Multi-fulcrum distribution of occlusal forces; minimal grinding of healthy adjacent teeth; overcomes the challenge of free-end missing teeth; high masticatory efficiency, comfortable and aesthetic.
